To fill in the new position for the expansion of EM project toward EV charging station project. Candidates will be working directly working with Equipment Manager to perform R&D, design, and develop the product. They will be using research theories, principles, and models to perform a variety of experiments and activities. They will be also in charge of ensuring the successful prototype of this new product
● Designing and developing a controland electrical system, and preparing the documentation for the design system.
● Testing new systems, and makingdesign changes if needed.
● Assisting into dissect, breakdown,and understanding the electrical system of EV products.
● Assisting in the manufacture ofnew electrical systems.
● Designing and developing a new BMS(Battery Management System) and preparing the mock-up test under a definedtimeline.
● Assisting in the development ofcontrol and programming systems of Robot Arms.
● Developing ideas for products andleading product development through to fruition.
● Target-based operation,individuals will be working under a certain target that will be set by the linemanager. The target will be defined initially during the employment onboarding.
● Working alongside other engineersand developers to mock up product designs.
● Working with the marketingdepartment to create sales plans for future company products.
● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical orElectronics Engineering or Mechatronics or a related field.
● At least 3 years of experience asa design engineer (components or parts in automotive, aerospace, or similarindustry design).
● You will be working directly witha foreign line manager, so English is a must.
● Well proficient in CAD softwarefor various electrical design works.
● Well understand the EV products(especially in Li-ion batteries and the management system).
● Familiarity with the Design of Experiments and statistical methods/toolsis a plus.
● Knowledge and hands-on experience with analytical instruments such asXRD, TGA/DSC, EIS, SEM/EDS, and ICP are highly desirable.
