Maintenance Staff At KPTCHEM

Ensure the stable operation of equipment, machinery, and pipelines, contributing to the overall safety and reliability of the system. Maintain and enhance the technical department’s performance, fostering skill development and continuous improvement. Support the overall growth and efficiency of the warehouse.

Job description

Strictly adhere to safety regulations and operational procedures:

  • Comply with all occupational safety and chemical safety regulations.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures on construction sites.
  • Adhere to warehouse operation procedures, transportation protocols, and customer delivery processes (if involved in deliveries)

Repair and maintain machinery and equipment in the warehouse and at customer locations:

  • Receive monthly, weekly, and daily work plans from the maintenance team leader.
  • Conduct inspections and promptly repair machinery and equipment to ensure overall workflow efficiency in the plant.
  • Actively participate in the maintenance and servicing of NH3 system equipment and tank trucks.
  • Monitor the operational status of machinery and equipment in the NH3 import-export system, promptly identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to management.

Install and implement the NH3 system at customer warehouses:

  • Receive the construction plan from the team leader and actively participate in the installation of the system for customers.
  • Propose new construction methods and improvements during installation to optimize efficiency and reduce installation time.
  • Hand over the system and provide customers with operational guidance after installation.

Manage and maintain the equipment and tools of the maintenance team:

  • Be responsible for the safekeeping and maintenance of assigned equipment and tools.
  • Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment used for maintenance tasks.
  • Propose necessary machinery, tools, and materials to management to improve work efficiency and ensure safety during operations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a vocational school, college, or university in a relevant field (Chemical Engineering, Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Electrical, etc.).
  • Have at least one year of experience in a similar position or experience in repairing and maintaining equipment, related facilities, and operating manufacturing plants or mechanical workshops.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and chemicals.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise, analyze, evaluate, and handle situations effectively.
  • Proficient in repairing and maintaining machinery systems.
  • Skilled in using handheld mechanical tools efficiently.
  • Proficient in using handheld mechanical tools.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Creative thinking ability.
