Job description

Accurately and promptly record sales invoices and related documents in the accounting software for companies within the Group.

Monitor individual sales performance as required.

Prepare sales documents and issue invoices for assigned companies.

Print and store invoices, documents, detailed ledgers, and general ledgers in accordance with regulations.

Track and manage accounts receivable.

Prepare reconciliation statements and payment requests for outstanding receivables, sending them to customers when due.

Reconcile and update accounts receivable data accurately and in a timely manner.

Assist in reviewing, implementing, and optimizing accounting software or systems to improve bookkeeping, reporting, operations, management, and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills, proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with experience using accounting software (e.g., MISA, etc.).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle issues flexibly and tactfully.

Strong teamwork, analytical, planning, organizational, and task management skills.
