1. Business Development
- Market's data analysis and consulting business development strategies for the company in either the International E-commerce market and traditional
- Seeking new demand and finding new overseas opportunities and customers in the defined market in Asia and Europe, the Middle East such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh,..
- Build up and manage accounts for selling company products on e-commerce websites such as Alibaba, Shopee, Lazada, eBay, Amazon, Taobao, aliexpress, and so on….
- Analysis, propose and present new products, their benefits, and applications to meet up company customers’ demands
- Customer service via emails and phone calls.
- Negotiate price and other sales terms
- Follow up with the transaction until products are delivered, received, and paid
- Coordinate with Quality Management Department and to reply and solve the complaints from the customer
- Be a coordinator and translator between customers and factory;
- Guide and arrange factory tours and audits for customers;
- Seeking for new opportunities and coordination with marketing staff, prepare and attend exhibitions (if any) and trade shows;
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review and discuss challenges and achievements during the weekly /monthly/quarterly.
- Proactively provide comments and feedback to improve workflow and communication among colleagues and departments.
- Managing business development team by developing a business plan that covers market, revenue, and expense to meet up the achievement of business goals
2. Team management
- Set up a personal target and team target to achieve the business goals
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your business development team
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Coordination with marketing staffs, prepare and attend exhibitions (if any) and trade shows to promoting company products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Educational Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- Min 2 years of Experience in planning and implementing business development strategies.
- Has passion for environmental solutions, commercial and industrial systems for air filtration and environmental pollution control
Relevant Technical Skills
- Strong ability in market data analysis and presentation
- Experiences in international E-commerce in advance
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing the business development team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both language Vietnamese and English
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
